Computer or Printer Setup: $125.00
Our technician will professionally set up your computer or printerย at your desk or workstation,ย installing all necessary connections and devicesย and verifying that everything is functioning correctly.
Computer Diagnosis and Troubleshooting: $125.00
If you are havingย difficulty with your computer,ย our technicianย can assist you in identifying the cause of the problem and will either attempt to resolve it through basic troubleshooting or offer appropriate resolution options.
Optimization: $125.00
A complete tune-up of your computer to make it run at its best.
Virus Removal: $170.00
Removing malicious software from an infectedย computer restores its proper functionality. Our technician will run several specialized utilities to remove allย traces of viruses and malware while preserving your files and programs.ย (Please note that a proper virus removal process typically takes longer than one hour. For cost savings, the in-store virus removal service, which is a flat $99.99, is recommended for infected computers.)
Data Transfer/Data Backup: $125.00
Copying the data from a computer or external media (i.e. external hard drive or flash drive) to another computer, external media, network storage device, or cloud storage, or configuring an automatic backup solution to ensure that you have proper redundancy for your data storage.
Wireless Network Setup: $125.00
Our technician will set up the proper connections and settingsย for your routerย to get your computers online, configure your wireless network for optimal signal strength, and use the appropriate security settings.
Email Configuration: $125.00
Our technician will assist you with setting up a new email account and/or configuring your email accounts with the desired client software such as Microsoft Outlook, Windows Live Mail, or Mozilla Thunderbird.
Hardware Replacement/Upgrade: $125.00
Our technician can perform part replacements and upgrades for hard drives, RAM, video cards, power supplies, and more.
Home Theater Setup: $125.00
Our technician can set up your entire home theater and advise you on the available components for your system. Please note that our technician does not install wiring in walls or ceilings. All wiring must be present when our technician arrives.
All pricing displayed is for one hour of on-site service. Additional time is billed at $35 per 15 minutes on-site. Distance charges may apply for appointments farther than 15 miles from our store.
