Bring in your old computer or laptop and get credit toward purchasing a freshly refurbished desktop or laptop from us. It’s a simple way to upgrade your tech without letting your old device sit unused.

How the Trade-In Works:

Eligible devices:

Computers or laptops with 7th generation processors or newer (generally manufactured in 2017 or later). This includes many popular models from brands like Apple, Dell, HP, Lenovo, and more.

Trade-ins are for computers and laptops only. No monitors. No Printers. No other electronics qualify other than computers or laptops.

Trade-ins are accepted on a one-for-one basis, allowing customers to exchange their old items for newer computers or laptops. This process is straightforward and promotes sustainability, helping to reduce waste by giving pre-owned items a second chance. Customers benefit by saving on their next purchase and avoid the hassle of selling their old items, making it an easy option for those wanting to upgrade while being environmentally friendly.

Condition guidelines:

No water damage allowed. Devices with screen cracks, scratches, or other non-water-related issues may still qualify—our team will evaluate each one. Other conditions may apply.

What you get:

Trade-in credit applied directly toward any refurbished computer or desktop we sell. (Credit can’t be used for repairs, accessories, parts, or anything else.)

Regarding your hard drive:

Rest assured, your data’s security is our priority. Refresh Computers employs secure wiping procedures for all hard drives and SSDs submitted for trade-in or recycling. Should you wish to retain your drive, you may remove it prior to your visit, or our staff can safely extract it for you.

Important note:

We are not offering direct cash purchases or buyouts from the general public. This is strictly a trade-in for credit when buying from Refresh Computers.
