Upgrades That Make an Older Computer Fast Again

An older computer often doesn’t need replacing. It needs the right upgrade.

• SSD upgrade: replacing a traditional hard drive with a solid-state drive is the single biggest speed improvement for most older PCs. We clone your existing drive, so your files and programs come along.
• More memory (RAM): helps when you keep many browser tabs or programs open.
• Windows 11 and clean installs: Windows 10 security updates for home users ended on October 13, 2026. During the free diagnosis we’ll tell you whether your computer can run Windows 11, or whether a refurbished replacement makes more sense.

Most RAM and SSD upgrades are done the same day when the part is in stock. Installation is free for SSDs and memory you buy from us.

How it Works

1. Walk in. No appointment needed, Monday to Saturday, 9am to 7pm. You can also call our free tech hotline at 407-478-8200 first.
2. Free diagnosis. We find out what’s wrong. If the problem needs a deeper look, we check the computer into our in-house repair department.
3. Approve the quote. You get an upfront price and decide whether to go ahead. Nothing is done without your approval.
4. Repair and pickup. Track progress on our repair status page. We’ll contact you when it’s ready.

How Long Will it Take?

Usually done the same day:

Every repair we perform is backed by a 90-day warranty on the parts we install and the labor we perform, starting the day you pick up your computer. If the same problem comes back within 90 days, bring it in and we’ll fix it at no charge.

Covered: any part we installed or replaced, and the specific problem we were hired to fix.

Not covered: a different, unrelated problem that appears later; accidental, liquid or physical damage after pickup; and software problems such as viruses, unless the repair itself was a software repair.

Before any repair that could put your files at risk, we back up your data at no charge to our secure in-house server. For simple part replacements that don’t touch your stored data, such as a keyboard, screen or battery, no backup is needed.
