These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of www.refreshcomputers.net and to the repair, service, and sales provided by Refresh Computers, Inc. (“Refresh Computers,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), located at 820 E State Rd 434 #100, Longwood, FL 32750. When you use our website or leave a device with us for service, you agree to these terms.
1. Services and Estimates
We will give you an estimate before any repair work begins. Estimates are based on our initial diagnosis, and the final cost may change if we find additional problems. If the cost will go up beyond the estimate you approved, we will contact you for approval before continuing. Any diagnostic fee is explained at check-in.
2. Your Data
You are responsible for backing up your data before leaving a device with us. Repairs, diagnostics, and component replacement can sometimes lead to data loss. Unless data loss is caused by our negligence, Refresh Computers is not responsible for lost or corrupted data, software, or settings. We do not access personal files beyond what is needed to perform the requested service.
3. Parts and Warranty
Warranty coverage for parts and labor is listed on your invoice. Warranties do not cover physical damage, liquid damage, misuse, or problems that are unrelated to the original repair. Manufacturer warranties on new parts and products are provided by the manufacturer.
4. Payment and Pickup
Payment is due when you pick up your device. We will notify you when your device is ready. Devices are released only after payment is complete. If a device is not picked up within a reasonable time after we notify you, we may charge a storage fee or dispose of the device as permitted by Florida law, after making reasonable attempts to contact you.
5. SMS / Text Messaging Terms
By opting in to text messages from Refresh Computers (in store, by phone, or by checking the SMS consent box on our website), you agree to receive text messages about your repair, service, estimates, and appointments, such as repair status updates, estimate approvals, appointment confirmations, pickup notices, and replies to your questions. We do not send marketing messages.
