Refresh Computers ships within the continental United States from our retail store in Longwood, Florida. Most products displayed in our store โ including refurbished and new desktops, laptops, monitors, accessories, and parts โ can be ordered online at refreshcomputers.net and shipped directly to you.
Where We Ship
We ship to addresses within the continental United States only (the lower 48 states). We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.
Order Processing Time
We do our best to ship orders the same day when placed before 12:00 PM ET (noon) Monday through Friday. Orders placed after noon, on a weekend day, or on a holiday will typically ship the next business day.
Every computer is inspected, software-configured, and quality-checked by our technicians before it leaves the store. If we need additional processing time for a custom configuration, we will email you with an updated ship date.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Cost
All orders ship via FedEx. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. You’ll see the exact shipping charge before you complete your purchase.

Delivery times are estimates from FedEx and start the day after your order ships. Transit times are not guaranteed by Refresh Computers and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside our control.
Free Shipping on Orders of $300 or More
We offer free standard FedEx Ground shipping on any combined order totaling $300 or more shipped within the continental United States. The discount is applied automatically at checkout. Expedited shipping is available for an additional charge.
Free Local Pickup
Customers in the Greater Orlando area can choose Local Pickup at checkout at no charge. Orders are typically ready for pickup within 2โ3 hours during store hours. We’ll email you when your order is ready. Pick up at:

Please bring a photo ID and your order confirmation when you pick up. Orders not picked up within 30 days may be restocked.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a FedEx tracking number. You can track your package directly at fedex.com or by logging into your account at refreshcomputers.net.
Insurance
All shipments are insured for their full value at no additional cost to you. Damage and loss claims are handled through us โ you don’t need to deal with the carrier directly.
Damaged, Lost, or Missing Shipments
If your order arrives damaged:
- Take photos of the outer packaging and the damaged contents before unpacking further.
- Save all original packaging materials and accessories.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at (407) 478-8200 or [email protected].
If your tracking shows no movement for 7 or more business days, or if your package is marked delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact us so we can file a claim with FedEx on your behalf.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we’ll contact you to arrange reshipment; additional shipping charges may apply.
Returns
For information on returning a shipped product, please see our Return Policy & Warranty page. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser unless the return is due to our error or a defective product within the warranty period.
