Our refurbished computers undergo a rigorous restoration process similar to remanufacturing. Each system is a pre-owned unit that has been thoroughly inspected, disassembled as needed, tested, cleaned, repaired, and restored to reliable, high-performance condition โ often meeting or exceeding original manufacturer specifications.
We sell these at a lower price than brand-new systems while delivering quality and reliability you can trust. This is distinctly different from basic โusedโ or โas-isโ computers.
Our Refurbishment Process
Every computer we sell goes through a detailed, multi-step process:
- Complete visual and functional inspection of all major components (motherboard, CPU, RAM, storage drives, graphics, power supply, cooling system, etc.).
- Full disassembly and deep cleaning of internals where required.
- Fresh Operating System installation for security and optimal performance.
- Comprehensive diagnostic and stress testing for stability, temperature, and performance.
- Repair or replacement of any faulty, failing, or sub-standard components with tested, high-quality parts (used or new, based on what best restores performance).
- Final extended burn-in testing to confirm long-term reliability before sale.
Warranty and Support
- We include a standard 90-day warranty on every refurbished computer and laptop we sell, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
- We also offer optional 1-year, 2-year, and 3-year extended warranties that extend coverage beyond the initial 90 days.
- Extended warranty pricing and full details are available in-store or on the specific product pages on our website.
- The warranty covers repair or replacement of qualifying defective parts. Exclusions include damage from power surges, improper handling, liquid spills, unauthorized modifications, or failure to use a surge protector/UPS. Normal wear and tear is not covered.
- Beyond the warranty period, we continue to offer free diagnostics, repair, and upgrade services at competitive rates.
