			Walked in looking for a really simple $10 part and was treated like I was there buying a $1,000 system.

The gentleman spent time answering my questions, then went through  2 inventory rooms spending probably 10 minutes, and found the exact item I needed, telling me to take it home and if it worked, to then come back and pay him.

Where do you find service like that anymore?

And by the way, here’s the clincher….came to learn the “gentleman” was the owner.

			Just brought my son's computer for what I expected to be a big job. Turns out that a connector just came loose and they fixed it and even replaced a few missing screws, all at no charge.

I’m blind, so I need to be able to look at the Computers very in depth before I buy it. 			I just visited the store today because my computer kept turning on and off every few seconds. Wasn't too happy because I just bought it online too. Fortunately, the guys at Refresh Computers were great, especially Paul, who diagnosed the problem as just being two faulty RAM sticks and gave me an amazing price for services. 			This company knows how to retain business. I brought my laptop in, after it completely shut down on me. Daniel and John were very knowledgeable on all the questions I had and were friendly. In less than an hour my laptop was diagnosed and fixed with a new hard drive.



The staff here went above and beyond by running additional test to try and help me save money rather that just telling me the first assumption.



The atmosphere of this store was beyond welcoming. I didn't feel like a customer I felt like a friend coming over to get help with my computer. I will definitely be returning with any computer questions I have in the future.		 - 7/02/2022

			I cannot say enough good things about Refresh Computers Longwood. I have purchased several computers there repaired several computers when I have caused them issues. 			Walked in looking for a really simple $10 part and was treated like I was there buying a $1,000 system.

The gentleman spent time answering my questions, then went through  2 inventory rooms spending probably 10 minutes, and found the exact item I needed, telling me to take it home and if it worked, to then come back and pay him.

Where do you find service like that anymore?

And by the way, here’s the clincher….came to learn the “gentleman” was the owner.

			Just brought my son's computer for what I expected to be a big job. Turns out that a connector just came loose and they fixed it and even replaced a few missing screws, all at no charge.

			Have been coming to this place for 12 years or so. Definitely the best computer store in town. Make sure you ask for Adam! He was really awesome. I’m blind, so I need to be able to look at the Computers very in depth before I buy it. 			I just visited the store today because my computer kept turning on and off every few seconds. Wasn't too happy because I just bought it online too. Fortunately, the guys at Refresh Computers were great, especially Paul, who diagnosed the problem as just being two faulty RAM sticks and gave me an amazing price for services. 			This company knows how to retain business. I brought my laptop in, after it completely shut down on me. Daniel and John were very knowledgeable on all the questions I had and were friendly. In less than an hour my laptop was diagnosed and fixed with a new hard drive.



The staff here went above and beyond by running additional test to try and help me save money rather that just telling me the first assumption.



The atmosphere of this store was beyond welcoming. I didn't feel like a customer I felt like a friend coming over to get help with my computer. I will definitely be returning with any computer questions I have in the future.		 - 7/02/2022
