			Just brought my son's computer for what I expected to be a big job. Turns out that a connector just came loose and they fixed it and even replaced a few missing screws, all at no charge.

			Definitely recommend going to Refresh Computers for all your computer needs! My PC wouldn't power on after hurricane Milton and I need it for work as well as I have several important documents and files stored in it that I was absolutely terrified of losing. I took a trip to Refresh Computers as soon as I could to see why my PC wasn't turning on and if my files were still salvageable and was so glad to have met Noah who was absolutely wonderful the whole step of the way! Noah quickly diagnosed the issue, explained our options, and answered every last question we had while always maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor. He swapped out the power source for us, and also copied all of the files from my PC to an external hard drive to ensure they were safe in case my PC stopped working due to it being a pretty old PC. I can't recommend Refresh Computers and Noah enough! Thank you again so much for everything and we will definitely be coming back in the future!		 - 10/13/2024

			In the past six-months, I have purchased on separate occasions from Refresh Computers a certified refurbished desktop along with a new monitor and a certified refurbished laptop. During the two separate business transactions, the professional team of technicians and sales personnel are exceptional. They listened to my computer requirements, both for a desktop computer for home office and a laptop computer, matching requirements with capability  that  suited my budget and my computer expertise. They did not sell me up or recommend computers beyond what I needed.

I purchased, also, an annual technical support package. As a senior citizen, I value the ability to converse with a technician that I have actually met in person.

Always, the technicians are most courteous and unsurpassed in there technical knowledge, while patiently pointing me in the right direction, and/or problem solving ultimately much to my satisfaction.		 - 12/23/2024

I’m blind, so I need to be able to look at the Computers very in depth before I buy it. 			Walked in looking for a really simple $10 part and was treated like I was there buying a $1,000 system.

The gentleman spent time answering my questions, then went through  2 inventory rooms spending probably 10 minutes, and found the exact item I needed, telling me to take it home and if it worked, to then come back and pay him.

Where do you find service like that anymore?

And by the way, here’s the clincher….came to learn the “gentleman” was the owner.
