Refresh Computers offers a 14 day refund return period for all purchases, starting from the date that the product is either picked up from the store, or delivered on-site by the shipping provider.
There is a 10% or $40 restocking fee (whichever is higher) for all desktop, laptop, and tablet computers returned for a refund. This restocking fee covers our labor costs of wiping and restoring the machine to the original condition. There are no restocking fees on our other products such as monitors, accessories, and cables.
Returns require that all original accessories be included (i.e. software discs, charging cables, packaging) and that the product be returned in the original, undamaged condition. A refund may be denied if the product is damaged or missing parts.
Labor charges and service plans are not refundable. Standalone software products such as Microsoft Office can not be returned once opened.
To return a product, you can either bring it to a Refresh Computers store, or request a return authorization and shipping instructions by calling 407-478-8200 or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. All refunds are processed within 1-2 business days once the product is received and inspected by Refresh Computers, however there may be a processing delay for when the refund is credited to your account depending on your financial institution.
