What warranty comes with a refurbished computer?
Every system is covered by our standard 90-day warranty. If something isn't right, contact us and we'll make it right.
Can I buy online and have it shipped to me?
Yes — we ship nationwide, and shipping is free on orders over $300. You can also order online and pick up at our Longwood store.
Can I come see the computer in person before I buy?
Absolutely. Visit us at 820 E State Road 434, Suite 100, Longwood, Monday–Saturday 9am–7pm. Our team can walk you through the options and help you choose the right machine.
Are refurbished computers reliable?

What's the difference between Windows 11 Home and Pro — which do I need?
Home covers everyday use — browsing, email, streaming, and general work. Pro adds business features like BitLocker drive encryption, Remote Desktop, and the ability to join a company domain. Most of our business laptops ship with Pro; if you're unsure, ask and we'll match the machine to how you'll use it.
