			Walked in looking for a really simple $10 part and was treated like I was there buying a $1,000 system.

The gentleman spent time answering my questions, then went through  2 inventory rooms spending probably 10 minutes, and found the exact item I needed, telling me to take it home and if it worked, to then come back and pay him.

Where do you find service like that anymore?

And by the way, here’s the clincher….came to learn the “gentleman” was the owner.

			Definitely recommend going to Refresh Computers for all your computer needs! My PC wouldn't power on after hurricane Milton and I need it for work as well as I have several important documents and files stored in it that I was absolutely terrified of losing. I took a trip to Refresh Computers as soon as I could to see why my PC wasn't turning on and if my files were still salvageable and was so glad to have met Noah who was absolutely wonderful the whole step of the way! Noah quickly diagnosed the issue, explained our options, and answered every last question we had while always maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor. He swapped out the power source for us, and also copied all of the files from my PC to an external hard drive to ensure they were safe in case my PC stopped working due to it being a pretty old PC. 			In the past six-months, I have purchased on separate occasions from Refresh Computers a certified refurbished desktop along with a new monitor and a certified refurbished laptop. During the two separate business transactions, the professional team of technicians and sales personnel are exceptional. They listened to my computer requirements, both for a desktop computer for home office and a laptop computer, matching requirements with capability  that  suited my budget and my computer expertise. They did not sell me up or recommend computers beyond what I needed.

I purchased, also, an annual technical support package. As a senior citizen, I value the ability to converse with a technician that I have actually met in person.

I had to get a new computer because my existing computer (Which was new, but bought incorrectly as far as storage space) Had no storage space at all.

I had the referral to Refresh Computers from Vicki Humburg at my office at Liberty National in Altamonte Springs.

She highly recommended them and she was absolutely right👍🏻😊

Brian T took the time and made the extra effort the extra effort to make sure I had the right computer with the right amount of storage and the Correct RAM💯‼️

Their office is an hour from my location, but it was an hour well spent🙌🏻💯‼️

The charging battery was not working correctly and so I emailed the company over the weekend.

Kasper replied (On Sunday) and got me up and running (He told me how to hold the power button down to get the system booted up, It was stuck in sleep mode) and got the correct charging  port sent to me via FedEx.

And it was under warranty‼️

Everyone took the time to explain what was happening and why and that made a huge deal to me.
